Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Why

Everything we sell is custom work or a digital licence. Production starts as soon as you pay, and delivered files and licences can't be returned.

What we do instead

• We fix our mistakes. If we delivered something that doesn't match what the package promised, tell us and we'll correct it at no charge.
• You get your revision round. Every package includes revisions, so you can steer the work before it's final.
• We talk first. If you're unhappy, contact us. We'd rather rework something than leave you with work you can't use.

Subscriptions

You may cancel Content Engine at any time after month two. Cancellation stops future payments; it doesn't refund the month already paid, and you keep everything delivered in that month. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Music

Song downloads and licences are non-refundable, including after we have emailed your files. If a file is corrupted or won't play, tell us and we'll send a working copy.

The 90-Day Campaign

This is a three-month engagement billed monthly. If you decide to stop, tell us before the next month's payment link is due and we'll close out the work delivered so far. Payments already made are not refunded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually solve the problem faster, and a dispute filed while we're still working pauses the project.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Where such a law applies to your purchase, it takes precedence over this page.
