Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy anything from LightHouse143 LLC ("we", "us"), including through a Stripe checkout link on this site. By buying, you agree to them.

What we do

We produce video, photo and graphic assets, write strategic copy and captions, build websites, and license original music. Each package page lists exactly what's included. Anything not listed is not included.

What we do not do

We do not manage your social media accounts and we do not post on your behalf. We deliver finished assets and the written copy for each post. Scheduling, publishing, replying to comments and messages, and day-to-day management of your pages remain your responsibility. Where a package includes paid advertising management, that scope is agreed in writing before launch and is separate from managing your pages.

Payment

• Prices are in US dollars and payable in full before work starts, unless the package says otherwise.
• The 90-Day Campaign is billed as three monthly payments. You pay month one at checkout; we send payment links for months two and three.
• Content Engine is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
• Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you directly to the ad platform.

What we need from you

Your input, approvals and brand materials, delivered in reasonable time. Delivery dates assume we receive these when we ask. If a project goes quiet on your side for more than 30 days we may close it and treat it as delivered as-is. Restarting later may require a new quote.

Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on its card. A revision means adjustments to work we delivered, not a new concept or a new shoot. We'll fix our own errors at no charge. Additional revisions and scope changes are quoted separately.

Who owns what

• You own the final delivered assets for your own commercial use once you have paid in full.
• We keep ownership of our working files, project files, templates and methods.
• Music is licensed, never sold. See music licensing.
• You confirm you hold the rights to everything you give us: footage, photos, logos, music and names.

Results

We can't promise sales, followers, views, rankings or any specific outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Any figures we show are examples for planning, not forecasts. What we promise is the work listed, delivered on the schedule we agree, and honest reporting.

Third-party platforms

We're not responsible for decisions made by platforms we don't control, such as ad account suspensions, algorithm changes or content removals.

Cancellation

You may cancel a Content Engine subscription at any time after month two, effective at the end of the current paid month. One-time packages and the 90-Day Campaign are fixed engagements; see refunds.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim concerns. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes belong to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
